Resort Wadi

01
Context
Resort Wadi draws its architectural language from the dramatic forms of desert geology: inclined planes, eroded surfaces, cactus-punctuated stone. The resort is organized around a long reflecting pool flanked by a rhythmic colonnade of angled concrete fins — massive, slightly irregular, casting deep shadows across the water and the sun-deck below.
02
Visual Direction
Guest suites look inward and outward simultaneously — stone walls and warm interiors face private balconies overlooking an oasis of date palms, while mountains rise in the middle distance. The material palette is drawn directly from the landscape: raw concrete, dark local stone, ochre plaster, and the deep terracotta of regional ceramics.
